Small Meetings

For private meetings, we offer private meeting rooms and hospitality suites (some with a pantry, microwave and refrigerator) . Most of these private rooms have a capacity of 14 attendees, seated board of directors style. For those VIP affairs, we also have a formal boardroom seating 12 persons at high back swivel chairs.

Larger Gatherings

When the need for larger gatherings is required, a variety of meeting rooms within our conference center are available. Whether your group requirements
are for 20, 100, or even 1000, we can assist you.

Food and Beverage Events

The hotel’s well-appointed ballrooms are ideal for food and beverage events of any size. The James River Ballroom can accommodate a banquet for up to 700 people or a reception for 900. The Shenandoah Ballroom can accommodate a banquet for up to 550 or a reception for 750.
