The Virginia High School League just completed another successful group of Membership Meetings at your hotel for the fifth consecutive year. I happened to overhear one of the principals talking to a colleague and he said, "This is the best place to have a meeting.  It doesn’t matter who you talk to on the staff, they couldn’t be friendlier or more helpful."  That made me realize that I have grown accustomed to that type of behavior at your hotel because I know nothing other than what he indicated in his conversation.

I am the Executive Secretary of the Virginia Crop Production Association. We had our Annual Meeting there at the Holiday Inn Koger Center last month. I am writing to inform you of the great service that we received this year. We received a lot of positive feedback about how good the food was. I especially wanted thank you and your staff for this. It makes the worries of the hotel specifics less stressful for me to know that you have such a great bunch of people who obviously enjoy being employed there. It's always nice to see the same faces from year to year.
